Our Day home has opened its doors in January of 2012. The goal was to create a safe, comfortable and educating Russian-speaking environment for children whose parents wish their kids learn and support Russian Language and rich Russian culture. Our Day Home is inspired by best of Russian and European day care traditions.

Games and Classes
We believe children learn through play and benefit from a structured yet flexible schedule. Activities will be offered which stimulate sensory motor development, language development and social interaction. The development of strong self-esteem is also a major goal. Children will be taught to respect each other, adults and property.
Events
Probably, the most outstanding feature of our day home is our events. We have 4 events a year celebrating each season: The Fall Celebration, New Year Celebration, The Spring Celebration, and The Summer Celebration.
Children look forward to each event and prepare to it with huge excitement and foretaste. This is their chance to share all they have learnt at our classes with their moms and dads, grandparents and siblings as well as to have fun with their friends.
On each celebration we sing songs, recite poetry, act out fairy-tales, make puppet shows and dance.
Every time we have visitors for the "Magical World": Father Frost with his granddaughter Snegurochka, Snow Queen, Fairy Spring, Uncle Oak, Her Majesty Autumn, etc. Every time it is a surprise and the kids are expecting a miracle.
After the event there are still lots of talking about who was whom and what guests did we have and what happened. We always invite our alumnus to join our celebration and make sure that all are engaged and having fun.
Russian language
We believe that children are capable to speak two or more languages if they spent a good amount of time in a clear language environment. We provide non-English space for the children attending our Day Home. All our activities, communication, materials and entertainment are in Russian Language. This gives children from mix families an opportunity to listen and use clear language as well as to understand the purpose of speaking Russian.
